Their staff is very friendly and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
