Hernia patient warning. I have had two surgeries over 4 years, and I am worse off now than when I first started. 1st laparoscopic surgery failed within 12 months. 2nd surgery was a open procedure, and within 6 months I have severe intense nerve entrapment. Pain is 1000% more severe than the actual hernia discomfort. To make things worse GSA has NO post operative care. After the open surgery they prescribed the wrong pain killers. Called several times and to scream at them to get it corrected then they send it to the wrong pharmacy. I am facing a 3rd surgery now and I would NEVER use GSA again.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I only spent a couple of minutes in their waiting room. They were able to get me in very quickly. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

The Dr. told me when My surgery would take place as soon as I lose 10-15 lbs.
That made me happy . I had lost 15 lbs so far..
