They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
