He was rude and condescending. He didn't like to be referred to as a health care professional. He told me I should get my insurance to change it's policies. He lectured me about the insurance and by the time I left his office I was crying.
He spent my time talking to someone else about how his children loved horses when they were young. I just didn't go back.
He had a big ego.
