I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. We have called 4 or 5 times to schedle a procedure that was to be done the monday following the Hospital release, and all we get is Nora is in Clinic til later and she she have to call back after Clinic, BUT WE have not YET gotten that call. Meanwhile the Procedure to determine if the Uterha is closing off has not been done. I do not want to lose my Kidney.
