My appointment was fantastic. I never expected it to go so well. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr. Freidberg and his staff are professional and polite at all times. I knew right away that he is an expert in his field and that he would provide me the best urological care for my Multiple Sclerosis related problems.

His offices are clean and his staff has a good sense of humor while providing excellent professional nursing care to the patient. I am extremely happy that I changed from my other Dr.'s office. This Dr. and his staff remember and treat me like a real person, not a patient account number.
