He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not only am I dissatisfied with how my appointment with, I feel like they made my whole situation worse. You couldn’t pay me enough to return there again. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctor. They were extremely late to all my appointments, and the staff was rude. They never retunred phone calls. Had to constantly call regarding a procedure and was not given information till the day before. The first visit I had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I could tell right away that they were trying to make money off me. Than after 2 calls a day for 3 weeks they finally call and want to charge 65.00 a page to fill out FMLA paperwork. I will take the day off as a vacation the dr is not worth the headache from the staff.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Vick and his staff are wonderful. I am recommending that two of my friends who have lost their urologist contact the office and choose Sammy as their go to guy.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have really great customer service here. They put their customers first. They are the respectful and courteous.
