They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive & did not complete the procedure I paid for

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
