Dr. Yoo is great, because he takes plenty of time to understand what issues his patients are having and explaining options. Unfortunately, because of this sometimes he runs late, but he is worth it.

I really was very impressed with this Dr. I had seen another Dr. that was unable to help me and dr. Yoo had my problem fixed on the first visit and the fee was very reasonable. He and his staff are very professional.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was very, very satisfied with my visit here. I got totally informed and the level of care was fantastic.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
