They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. My appointments were rescheduled three times before I was able to see him. The next time I had an appointment it was the same thing. He is very busy and during the appointment he was interrupted to to three times with calls that he answered.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. This office constantly cancels appointments. then it is two more months that you wait to get to see the doctor. Then they cancel again and it is another two months. I have not seen my doctor is 6 months.

I' ll stake my name on this one because he deserves it. Dr Diehl is hands down tied for the best Doctors I've ever been too. His caring, knowledge, expertise, and the amount of time he goes above and beyond is phenomenal. He may well have saved their hearing, vision, and other things by paying attention to details of things outside of his chosen specialty. He has caught some serious problems in me and my kids...when a dozen other doctors missed it. Thank you Dr Diehl

One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
