Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
