I barely had to wait after I arrived for my appointment, which is a really big deal for me. I did wait a few minutes in a patient room after the nurse had completed taking my blood pressure, etc., but it wasn't very long, and certainly shorter than the majority of doctors I've been to (which is quite a lot of them!). I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, I wouldn't know where to look, and I don't know how it would effect my insurance copay, or could even be used with insurance coverage. My copay is reasonable so I'm not looking for discounts (though I certainly would appreciate paying less, and having my insurance charged less which could perhaps help lead to lower insurance costs in the end). I was so impressed with how great Dr. Marcroft was at answering each and every question I had in-depth. He was so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their billing prices seem reasonable, and lower than other doctors I've been to.
