Dr Heiner is a wonderful Doctor. The staff has always been very helpful and quick at notifying me about test results and other feedback. One time I needed to check and see if my thyroid levels needed to be followed up on, and I called about that. I did not mind calling, but it was something that could have had more clear instructions.

Him and his staff were sensitive with my situation. Dr Heiner was asking about my personal life (daughter) and remembered her name on my last appointment and asked about her again.

I was extremely impressed with this clinic and with Dr. Heiner. Each person I worked with was so patient and helpful, and Dr. Heiner was especially kind and attentive. I felt so confident in his recommendations because he took the time to really understand each piece about my situation and to look into potential problems instead of just jumping to treatments plans. He did not seem rushed or distracted- completely focused on me and what steps needed to be taken. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!

Very informational visit but it felt like a inquisition into my personal life from a judging Mormon. We did learn a few things but I will not be back because of his terrible sales pitch.

Dr. Heiner is great, but sometimes he forgets that I do not know as much as he does. He can be a little brusk in his answers to questions. But he is always super friendly and supportive.
