I wish they would call me back like they said they would. Or when I leave a message on their voice mail they would get back to me. I understand that we could check out results online but I am not tech savvy which is why I always call. Because I always have questions about my results or like to discuss about them. Other than that they are amazing and the doctor is always there when I have questions or concerns and the nurse team is great and treat my husband and I great and are so sweet. They helped me get answers and come up with a fertility plan and a goal. I honestly do not know what I would do if it wasn't for them. To help me get pregnant and have a family of my own.

He did a great job explaining things to us to help us understand what to expect and he read us results from a different doctor that didnt explain what was going on and he helped us understand everything better. My husband and myself both felt comfortable with him and know that he knew what he was doing and provided the best bedsode manor.

Everyone was VERY nice and answered any and all questions we had. Very informative. Both my husband and I were very impressed. The doctor was great, he made us feel very comfortable about the whole process.

Dr. Heiner and staff served my husband and I with understanding, clarity, and support. Dr. Heiner took time to counsel with us and relate to our situation. The medical assistance, nurses and doctors were all wonderful. I also received quick responses to my phone calls and emails. We had several hiccups along the way: many appointments, we were referred to by other patients' names. The nursing staff who worked with us directly never confused who were were. It was for blood draw, or other lab assistance. Especially on days of procedures, this made us nervous that my eggs and my husbands sperm may not actually get paired properly. The procedures are stressful enough, then add this lack of assurance-- it left us feeling a bit frustrated. We were sure to correct the error each time, but the fact that it happened many times was worrisome. In the end, we trust that all was sorted properly. There was especially a lot of confusion when the lab did not update our records with the test results of my husbands sperm (the reason we are infertile). The next appointment I had, I tried to remember back to our stressful day to help aid the team with my next steps but I second guessed myself since there were no records to confirm besides my memory.
