They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
