The office is very welcoming and peaceful. Check-In staff is prompt and very friendly. The Doctor and nurses also do a superb job taking care of all questions and concerns. A+ Facility.

The facility, staff, treatment, and results have always been a+ for me. There have been a couple of times where the doctor has been late, but he makes up for that in being attentive and concerned for my needs. I am hoping that more insurance plans will be taken in the near future since my current insurance isn't taken at this time, and it is hard to find a doctor as good as this one. Many thanks.

The only thing that the dr. Could to tell n Me was how to get rid of the mass that has collected in the bottom of my Kidney. That would have been the only thing that I wanted to know that was not answered. As for the a minus. Here is always room for improvement all though I do not have any ideas for you.

The staff and doctor are very professional and friendly. The only negative comment I would have is regarding the wait time. I typically wait 40 minutes past my scheduled time before I see the doctor. Otherwise, this facility is great.

Dr. Hopkins has been great to work with and has solved my kidney stone issues. I would recommend anyone with kidney issues to him and his office. Thanks

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Showed good knowledge and explained my situation and options well. The only complaint is that you are popular so getting appointments on short notice can be difficult. Other than that this office does a great job.
