Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
The waiting time has never been very long for me.

@ Mary Ellen. Apparently you are under the impression that doctors are supposed to just give people what they ask for without any kind of investigation or evaluation as to why the person is asking for it. Dr Cook is a wonderul doctor and a wonderful man and has YEARS of training. If you are such an expert at what your "brother" needs then maybe you should put your money where your mouth is and get your own degree and then you can feed your brother anything he may ask for . Maybe also, once you get your degree you will then understand the rules that govern providers who have college/medical degrees and cannot just randomly hand out narcotic prescriptions. You Mary Ellen, have effectively displayed by your email the exact reason that these types of rule are in place to begin with. Do not bash a man who can clearly see through the stories that drug seekers always seem to come up with. Try some honesty, intelligence and a rehab program and I bet you will get more effective results. Have a good day.

Loud? No who the hells cares if it was loud? Dr. Cook did not help my brother in the way I thought he would. I am not going to display what my brother Tom has been going through but I thought Dr. Cook could be the person to really help him. He turned him away and suggested other methods that Tom has tried many times in the past. Shit he isn't a drug addict and I resent that you didn't treat him with respect and dignity that he deserves. He has been through a lot in his life and I have pushed him to finally see you and he got NO results at all. So sad as I think the folks that really need your help Dr. Cook you have turned away.
