One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They were very crowded and the appointment time delayed by 30 minutes

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
