Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
