Office environment and staff is pleasant enough. Long wait time...you may get called right in, but you wait a very long time once in the room where you will meet with the doctor. Billing is confusing...multiple bills for same visit, with different charges on each. Staff at reception area is unable to explain charges for visit. Charges for items not requested. I've given this doctor a couple of different chances, chalking mistakes, miscommunications, etc, up to something not typical, but such things continue to happen, which leads me to believe it's the norm. Am currently looking for another doctor.
