I have been going to Dr. Law for many years. She is a wonderful doctor. In the past I never had difficulty being seen. Recently, though, I have been very disappointed with the practice and am now trying to find a different practice and a different doctor. I have been trying to make an appointment now for a month and a half. I began calling in the beginning of July. Each time I called I got an answering machine and was asked to leave my name and number and they would call back to assist in making an appointment. After three weeks of waiting for a call, I called back. Again I got the answering machine and again I left a message. I waited...no call back. I called the main number of the practice and explained I had been calling Dr. Law's number and kept getting answering machines and no calls back. The lady on the phone apologized and stated she would put me right through to Dr. Law's secretary and I could make the appointment. She put me through and again I got the answering machine. It is now August 9th. I have given up and am just glad I'm not seriously ill and was just trying to make an appointment for a physical. I'll find a practice that cares enough to be available/accessible.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
