I have been going to Family Medicine of Lake Ridge for years. They have many fully qualified staff members.

This office is very clean. The website could stand go be improved. Not much helpful information available online apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
Good people, personable, and willing to listen to and work with me.

Dr. Mendel does not accept patients with Medicare insurance, even if there is a secondary policy.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Did this provider rush your appointment?
Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
