I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
Dr. Sayre has scheduled appointments for me other than annual checkups, when I have pressing concerns. He has answered questions to my satisfaction.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and help me find the cause of my debilitating symptoms. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or how much I was suffering.

I felt as though I was wasting their time, I was a bother to them, They didn't know the answer and wasn't going to go out of his way to help me find the source of my symptoms.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

I felt as if I were a bother, more or less wasting his time, he came across arrogant and condescending, as though it was all in my head or I was drug seeking and making it all up for the last year . It was very clear after the last visit that he wasn't going to help me...two tests had been performed along with some blood work, since they didn't show anything, there was nothing more he can do...

I haven't been to a doctor but a few times in the last 10-12 years, but I always thought of doctors being compassionate, there to help the patient, to give them support. My life has been unbearable at times the last two years from the chronic symptoms, I suffered with them for a year before I finally saw a doctor; I have now wasted almost another year, the symptoms have gotten progressively worse during this time. Now, it's like I have to start all over.

It is my hope that I can find a good doctor who will take the time to listen; one who is caring and has compassion, that will help me find out the cause of my symptoms. If the doctor doesn't know, he will admit it, and not come across as if it's all in my head if they don't have a clue. I hope that he will take the time to find another who may help me, if he can't, so I can have a somewhat normal and functioning life; not just have to deal with it and live like this as was suggested I do.
