This practice and its doctors care more about making money than they do their patients. My prenatal appointments all felt like a cost-cutter's experience; they see you as quickly as possible and then go on to the next person. I should have been considered high risk for my pregnancy, but no matter how many times I asked if I needed special tests or examinations, the doctor told me not to worry. She did not do the necessary monitoring, even when I asked. When I had a baby almost three months early, then I was asked if I had been monitored closely. The doctors don't listen to you about important issues and try and get you to take all of the optional tests, selling them to you as if they are required. Then when your insurance won't cover it, the billing office tells you, "well you did sign a statement saying all bills were ultimately your responsibility." They have no empathy, which is not how any doctor's office should be, especially an OBGYN. Save yourself some heartache and find another office.
