Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me. Their staff is friendly and professional.
