Arrived at 3:00 for 3:15 appointment. Left without seeing a doctor at 4:45. Waited for ever then left! Very poor service.

Dr. Shepler's office canceled two appointments in a 3 week period. The second time we were not even called in advance. The computers and equipment in the office are pretty antiquated. I wonder if Dr. Shepler keeps up with new technology in medicine?
