Dr. Sawsan is extremely knowledgeable and answered questions about my toddler that many other doctors didn't have an answer to. The office environment is not very pleasant, but I am forced to only go to her because she knows what she is doing.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
