And I would know I am 33 years old and Dr. Zeh was my doctor as a child so I have a very long history with the doctor whom I loved so much throughout my entire life that when I had children of coarse she was the only doctor for me. Well they were no longer welcomed after a change in insurance, however that wasn't the end, endless billing issues that I had to resolve, the staff is HORRIBLE...I cannot stress enough how incredibly rude they are each and every time i have had to deal with them. I have left several message to have her contact me dierectly thinking that our 30 year old relationship would mean something that I could at least get a phone call back but no! Luckily now my childre are 9 going on 10 I have found a new pediatrician in an office with people who enjoy their job and are so friendly and cheerful it's literally a breath of fresh air to deal with them compared to the absolute dread of dealing with the rude incompetant people that Zeh has employed. It's a shame...really a shame...but I would recommend you keep looking when seeking a pediatrician because there are so many choices out there and this one will simply give you headache after headache!
