Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
