I will never EVER take my child or future children to this practice. Not only did Dr. Harrington lie to me about trying to follow up with me after I had called after hours, when my son was having feeding issues, she acted like it was no big deal. He was an infant at the time and not only was the formula giving him issues he couldn't latch onto the bottle well. They also couldn't get a referal issue taken care of even after I was told it was taken care of. The first time I left this practice was after I found a pediatrician, Dr. Sylvia Lee, that we fell in love with. Unfortunately she left her practice to work for Chesterfield Pediatrics, so we followed her. Then Harrington let her go becuase it wasn't "working out with her". Probably some sort of ridiculous politics issue. They really lost an amazing pediatrician as well as our business. Believe me I tell EVERYONE about how horrible they are. Never again.

I was told to call in the morning for a time to pick up medical records. I called as directed and was told the medical records would be ready within an hour. I showed up one hour later and was told the medical records will be another 1/2 hour. My child whom they have seen the day before was still sick but needed these medical records for his school. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me which was clear.

This is the best pediatric office I have found. I started using them after my newest baby was born and have since switched my oldest child to their practice. You are called back within minutes of arrival and a dr is in your room right after. There are no long waits, which is awesome. I've had such terrible luck with many other offices, where you wait and wait and wait and then are rushed through the appt. The doctors so far have been wonderful. Very helpful, informative, patient and just all around great.
