Dr. El-Mawan is an excellent physician in my opinion and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He was my doctor for more than ten years until I became Medicare eligible (regrettably he's not a participant), my children's and my grandson's. Not once has he ever misdiagnosed an illness concerning me or my family. We think he's the best doctor ever...#1 as a matter of fact. WE LOVE YOU DR. EL-MAWAN. Sadly, we recently moved away from the Woodbridge area and is now in search of another physician for the family. Thank you, Dr. El-Mawan for the many years of excellent family care.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research and the staff is extremely unprofessional!

Absolutely not. They were extremely annoyed with every first-time mother

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I really don't like that they don't have any back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. If for any reason they were unavailable, my child wouldn't even be seen.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
