Arlington Office – throwback to the 70’s, not just the décor, but also the equipment. I don’t think this office has kept up with the advances in medical treatment.

Medical Expertise – no concrete diagnosis. A lot of treatment suggestions (hearing tests, MRI, etc.), which led to additional tests. My ailment was never resolved. Not sure why I’m seeking the services of a doctor in this specialized field, when he speculates and sends me to other doctors for tests and evaluations.

Waiting Time – expect to wait at least 30-45minutes.

Billing – when I inquired about a discrepancy in the bill, the initial response was “isn’t your insurance paying for it.” While my insurance did cover most, I don’t see how that excuses overbilling.

In sum, I would not recommend this Doctor to my family or friends. I feel that Dr. Iqbal needs to step up his game; otherwsie, he should retire.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
