Their staff was friendly. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were comfortable. I was comfortable. This provider asked me questions and was very thorough in handling my case.

Just called in to see Dr. Kumasaka. His receptionist told me Dr. Kumasaka was out for the week. Asked if there was another Dr. available as I have painful infection under my right thumb, and the receptionist said no one was available, not even the option of another dermatologist, maybe a referral. What a thought, she couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Maybe I expect too much, called customer service. Dr. Kumasaka is highly skilled and one of the best at what he does, and hopefully his level of professionalism is relayed to the front office.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
