The atmosphere was pleasant and the waiting room quiet and relaxed.. Receptionist was friendly greeting me with a smile. The location was easy to get to and no problems with parking. My wait was approx 10 min before I was taken to an exam room. Dr came in promptly and sat down to talk to me. He went over my labs explaining any abnormalities and made sure I understood. He then explained his plan of care for me, and asked if I was ok with the plan. I've NEVER had a Dr asked my opinion about my care. He patiently listened to me and answered all my questions. I feel very comfortable in his care and I'm thankful that when I needed a Dr I found Dr Samms. .

Dr. Samms is top-notch. He takes plenty of time to answer all our questions and his answers are clear and easy to understand. Both my wife and are extremely comfortable with him, and he is compassionate and caring--everything one could want from a family doctor!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, extremely spacious
Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
