I have been a patient of Dr. Langrock for over 16 years. At first, he showed a complete interest in my physical problems and concerns. More recently he does not seem to have the time, patience, or interest in my concerns. My real problem went unresolved until I visited a different physician in a different city just to find out I had a progressive and incurable condition. I get the feeling now that "time spent with me could be better used elsewhere. My plan is to locate a physician who has not been practicing until he/she has practiced so long that the practice becomes more of a money maker than a real service to the patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Langrock for 15 years. He always listens to my questions and answers clearly. I seldom have to wait long for the appointment or once I arrive.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
