I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. His advice is always specific and completely unbiased. Not only is Dr. Nooney well versed in his field he takes the time to listen and talk with you as his patient. He is very comfortable with me asking questions, referring to research I have read, or hearing my concerns. This alone places him in a rare category for health providers.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.
I had a football injury in 3rd grade resulting in 6 teeth being knocked out and a bad neck injury resulting in a severe headache that never went away. I lived with that pain and had to except it as part of life. When I was 30 years old I was involved in a head on collision that injured my neck again, leaving me unable to turn my head. I was referred to Dr Nooney by a friend. After my first appointment I left his office in shock because for the first time in 24 years I was pain free. My head felt as if it were floating because for so long it felt like it weighted a ton. The headache I had learned to live with was gone too. I think Dr. Nooney is the greatest doctor I have ever been to. He spent a whole hour with me during my visit, he didn't rush me through like so many other doctors do. Simply the best Doctor ever.

There was lots of available parking at their office, which is settled near the Capital Medical Center Hospital in a nice wooded setting. Parking is close and abundant.

However, I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. My care over the years has left some lingering problems to be forgotton, and it's hard to get an appointment.

Dr. Nooney answers my questions and spends a lot of time with me, but when the Dr. leaves and says he'll be right back, he means he's going into his office to decide on treatment, which the nurse will then relay, leaving you feel like you've been ditched.

Dr. Nooney tries hard to answer all questions and will provide a good amount of information, if asked. The staff was friendly enough, but I hate having to wait around for 30-45 minutes minimum when I've scheduled an appointment in advance.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff here was rude. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nooney's for over 14 years. He is a wonderful man and a great provider. Since his long time front office staff left, I have been provided with absolutely horrible care, as have my parents who have been with him even longer. Every time I call for an appointment, same day or otherwise, I am told to go to urgent care and that the doctor has no openings. My husband called at open (9am) to make me an appointment today because I am losing my voice and he was told the same thing. When I called back myself and said my husband had just called for me, the receptionists response was, ' um, no, I don't have any messages here from your husband'???...I have called in for an appointment 3 times in the past two weeks and without asking what is wrong with me have been told to go to urgent care or the er. When I did go to urgent care they gave me an antibiotic for a sinus infection, that is not supposed to be used for sinus infections , even after I questioned them about it's use. Dr. Nooney's office has, no record of my even calling twice last week when I was told that the medical assistant would give me a call back and never did. I asked to hold for the doctor today as I was sure that he could not possibly know what has been happening to allow this to continue, the medical assistant first told me, 'well, fine then, stay on hold'...when she returned the second time, she told me that she would triage me or that I would be fired as a patient because I was yelling at the office staff - I can barely talk right now, let alone yell at anyone and I did not. This is horrible care and communication for a long term patient or any patient for that matter. I will be finding a new primary care doctor, filing a complaint with the medical commission, and, hopefully, getting the care I need in the future.
