I had severe abdominal cramps, so bad I have passed out from the pain. I tried to describe my symptoms but before I could finish, the doctor cut me off and said, "That's IBS, and a little exercise will get rid of that." He was very terse and did not take the time to listen, nor did he appear interested in hearing about my symptoms.

I finally went to another doctor, who was very concerned when I described my symptoms and immediately referred me to a gastroenterologist. Now we are trying to determine if I have cancer or crone's disease. A little seriousness from Zaranski could have made a big difference, but instead he chose to blow me off and treat me like I was wasting his important time.

My husband also went to Zaranski with stomach pains. Zaranski treated him for acid reflux, which didn't work. Eventually my husband went to urgent care because the pain was so severe. Turned out he had arrhythmia and that his heart was beating at 286 beats per minute.

I do not recommend this doctor, not anyone at Associated Family Physicians. They seem more interested in cramming in as many patients as they can, than in actually spending any time helping anyone.
