I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I always had a great experience. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The entire staff is terrific.

Dr. Dixon and his staff have been like my family for more than 15 years. I am so fortunate to be a customer in their care.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
