I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
