The office was great and the procedure was easy and painless. But I didn't feel Dr Bernstein really listened to why I was there in the first place and was unable to offer any help. On my follow up appointment I felt that she was very impatient and made it feel like I was wasting her time and probably only wanted pain meds from her. No, I wanted a diagnosis and treatment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They appeared to have lost test results from 5 years ago, but they sent me a copy so maybe I can find it and send it to them for comparison. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I did have a few questions, but will know more in a couple of weeks when the lab results come in. I met the doctor for a few seconds before the procedure, when I was put to sleep.

This office is in a great location, it's easy to park and the waiting room is very nice and comfortable. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice was wonderful and completely unbiased.

What I love about Dr Bernstein is that she's funny, she listens and I was reassured about all my fears of my first colonoscopy. I asked to be out totally, not being awake to see my pretty pink insides. I wanted to just be gone and wake up after with no memory of the procedure. And she totally listened to me and respected my wishes. Another great thing about her is the prep was really easy. I didn't have to be hungry for days before the procedure as some of my friends reported with their doctors. She was the Best!
