I went in very sick, had throat and nose samples taken, and was told they would call if the results showed anything. I never heard back from them. I eventually got better but didn't feel well for a long time. Four months later I went for a different matter and they asked if my bronchitis and walking pneumonia was any better. What?! They never called me with those results, didn't put me on any medications or follow up with me. Total lack of care.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
