Dr Shonnard has treated 3 of my family members, aunt, mother in law, and mother for back, broken femur, 2 hips one of which was a traumatic break. I have been with them for all of these surgeries plus all of the doctor appointments. Doctor and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that my family mamber was well taken care of. They also helped make sure that our family was well informed and able to deal with the situation. I do not live in the Puyallup area, but should I have need of orthopedic services, I will be traveling to Puyallup to see Dr. Shonnard as I know that I will receive the best possible care.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
