I became a patient of Dr. Jeurgens in 2012. My mother had passed away suddenly. I fell into a rabbit hole of despair. He saved my life. He listened to me, and I knew I could trust him. He prescribed appropriate medication and slowly, I healed. I am grateful to him every single day.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Although I had to wait in the waiting room, it was totally worth it. The doctor was very attentive during the appointments, listening carefully to what I had to say. The office is really conveniently located, right off the freeway. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about my treatment. The doctor has kept up with my medical history all along. I feel confident that I am receiving the best possible treatment.

This doctor is the absolute best. He listens to what I say, he answers all my questions, he cares about his patients. I may have to wait for my appointment but it's because he's spending needed time with another patient. He is worth waiting for so I don't mind waiting. I moved quite a distance away and I still travel to see him for appointments.

It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, there was no annoying music
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
