My daughter had an appointment with this doctor, and she missed it because she has SEVERE anxiety, which is why she needs a psychiatrist. She has anxiety about answering her phone so didn't pick up. I called and explained this apologetically and received a quite curt phone call from the doctor saying that she has a four month wait list and there are no exceptions if you miss your appointment. This to me does not sound like a practitioner that cares about her patients or is willing to work to help them get better. We have been working for years to get her into a good psychiatrist that cares and can help her manage her severe ptsd level anxiety - I'm so glad we dodged this bullet. This one sounds like she's just in it for the money. I hope one day she remembers that patient care is supposed to be the priority.

Wow, this woman should not even have a license. She prescribed my fiance 45mg Ability which can kill someone. She also gave him Thorazine that her colleague Dr. Cohen thought would be a good idea. When my abusive ex-husband called them (he called everyone), they both told him it was illegal to speak with them but all ears. Dr. Chairman kicked him out of her practice accusing him of being being on drugs, although he never drug tested him. Due to the medications, he is left with Tardive Dyskinesia that causes unbelievable pain and suffering. He was showing signs of this at his visits that were ignored and now he is faced with terrible pain and suffering that has no treatment or cure. DO NOT TAKE YOU OR A LIVED ONE TO SEE THESE DOCTORS. It has ruined our luves

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.
