Six months ago I ended treatment with Dr. Friedman. He treated me for close to a year for severe depression and anxiety. He practices psychiatry with a rote approach and lacks understanding and humanity about these conditions. To ensure all is copasetic with your meds, he will ask about your functionality with respect to sleeping, eating and working, to gauge how well you are. He does not ask about your mood or spirit or what energy you must muster and expend in order to eat, sleep, and go to work, let alone feeling good, strong and G-d forbid, happy. This is barbarian medicine. Dr. Friedman lacks both understanding and humanity.

I am so sad, I had high hopes that I was seeing a Doctor that maybe able to recommend solutions. Instead, Dr Friedman told me how he thought I felt. He didn't ask me questions. He was rushed and obvioiusly getting paid for the IME. He was paid 3 times my 4 doctors. I am highly at risk mentally, with my concussion. My daily doctors all agree. He still denyed. He should have his license taken away.

BEWARE... IF YOU HAVE A IME OR ANY APPOINTMENT CANCEL AND SEE A LIGIT DOCTOR. YOUR LIFE COULD DEPEND ON IT. MINE IS GONE.

Dr Friedman is not there to help you. If you are seeing him for an IME for an LNI claim you are seeing him so he can submit whatever he wants to LNI and they will use it to try and close your claim. You will be seeing him thru LNI's "panel" who only work with LNI and self insured employers and he is a subcontractor for a company that hires him. He will state in his report that it was more than he would expect and nothing is connected to the job of injury. It will always be a pre-existing underlying personality disorder. If you didn't have depression or anxiety before the injury you will after dealing with the LNI process. They are all carriers of insanity.

You are just a paycheck to him and he will say whatever he needs to say to get it. I have spoken with others who had Independent Medical Exams with him and hear the same words over and over. Friedman has a half hour to due the psy exam.

First we are denied our 14th Amenment right to equal protection under the law. No witnessess or tape recording allowed. There is an agenda to follow and that is to submitt information such as pre-existing personality disorder, parinoid, and other buzz works. If you are married he will state under stressors: financial concern, marital strif, unemployed. If you are divorced it's all the same expect for matial strif becomes a "failed marriage" and if your really lucky he will state hostility toward the dept of L&I. This sorry excuse for a doctor will change your life. Add to you depression, anxity and you will diffinatly see the world in a different. You will loose all respect for the medical profession. Be ready for a melt down when you read his report. You can contact me at "whosjobwasit@yahoo.com" I can tell you it's no ones job to stop what goes on behind a closed door that has a coward sitting and waiting for you. I know because I have been to the Governors office on down. If you want to end this type of "secrete" IME than contact me.
