We have been with Dr. Clapper for over 12 years. He has always been thorough and has respected my input and decisions for my family. Even though we've moved 40 minutes away, we continue to see him because he's the greatest.

Our only complaint is that he is often behind schedule (sometimes very behind), but we feel that he's worth it.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I love this clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful and I've never had an excessive wait time to get my children seen. When they've been sick, I've gotten in quickly and appointments are easy to make for general check-ups. Doctor Clapper is amazing, very personable and respectful. He takes the time to explain any diagnosis or treatment and answers my question fully. He treats my children with respect and answers their questions as well. I highly recommend Dr. Clapper and Pediatrics Northwest.
