Dr Mulligan is incredibly rude and dismissive. I had some question about his conduct during surgery. As he was operating on my eye he carried on a long conversation with one of the nurses about his personal investments. Then during a follow up visit, I was asking a few questions about my eye surgery and he proceeded to tell me in a rather unpleasant manner, that most women of my age do nothing but complain. I told him I was not complaining at all, I just wanted to understand my condition. He just dismissed my questions and became totally defensive and rude. He yelled at me, stating that, he was the doctor and I just had to trust him, and quite asking questions. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will never go to this man again. I would never, never recommend him.
