The staff was most definately rude to me. The Doctor was wonderful, but the staff seemed very cold and unwelcoming. My three year old son had surgery and they would not release the details of time of surgery or arrival time until the night before the surgery.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
