I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
