Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
